“Services” refers to all security solutions offered by ShieldEye Security, including but not limited to CCTV installation, IP camera setup, wireless systems, maintenance, and consulting.
“Client” means any individual or entity that requests or receives our Services.
“Agreement” includes these Terms, any service proposal, and additional terms provided during onboarding.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

4. Services & Quotations

All service descriptions on our website are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. A formal quotation will be provided prior to commencement, including scope of work, equipment specifications, timeline, and pricing. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate site information and access for site surveys and installation.
• Ensure that the installation premises are safe and accessible.
• Obtain any necessary permissions or consents (e.g., landlord, association) for camera placement.
• Maintain a stable internet connection if remote viewing is required.

6. Payment Terms

Deposits (if required) are due upon acceptance of quotation. Final payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month and suspension of support services.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, firmware, and user interfaces provided as part of the Services are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use such materials solely for the intended security purpose. All trademarks, logos, and content on our website are owned by ShieldEye Security or third-party partners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShieldEye Security shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Warranty & Support

We provide a one-year warranty on installed equipment (parts & labor) against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, power surges, unauthorized repairs, or environmental factors. After warranty, annual maintenance contracts are available.

10. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy (available on our website) explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our Services, you consent to such processing.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
